Step 2 – Submit Your Order
You can:
Select the product’s color, size, and quantity, then add it to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.

Step 3 – Pay for Your Products
Choose a payment method and pay for the product cost and transaction fee.
The local shipping fee within China will be covered by the platform subsidy.
International shipping costs are to be paid when you pick up or receive the shipment.

Step 4 – 1688order Purchases Your Products

Step 5 – Inspection and Storage
We will carry out quality inspection and store the goods in the warehouse. After the goods are stored, you can check them by visiting “User Center” – “My International Orders”.

Tips:
1.Once the item has arrived to our warehouse, a series of quality inspection will be carried out and the photos will be taken for you to view them. We will contact you immediately if there are any problems.

Step 6 – Submit for Delivery
Go to “My International Orders”, select the order for pickup, and submit for delivery. Fill in the delivery details and choose the recommended shipping method.
Tips:
1.Some items may be restricted with a certain delivery method. However, we have selected a few recommended types of delivery for you to choose from the list.
2.We provide additional services such as packaging removal, package reinforcement, insurance, etc. Please inform us under remark and we will follow your request.
Step 7 – Pay International Shipping
Choose a payment method for international shipping deposit and customs duties
Tips:
1.The international shipping fee deposit is calculated according to the product estimated weight, the selected shipment method, and the destination.
2.The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. If there is a discrepancy between the final shipping fee and the deposit, the amount of difference will be returned to your 1688order account after the product is shipped。
Step 8 – Quality Check, Pack & Ship
We consolidate and pack your items, reinforce the packaging, weigh them, and ship them out.

Step 9 – Wait for Delivery
You can track your package and check its shipping progress on the “My Consolidated Orders/Packages” page.
Tips:
There is always the possibility that accidents may happen during international package shipments. Such circumstances include delays, confiscation, taxes, package damage, missing packages and more. 1688order cannot control or prevent accidents that may happen when your package is in the hands of a third-party logistics company or the customs, nor will we be able to guarantee the service quality of other companies not affiliated to 1688order. However, we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers and will inform you beforehand of the shipping situation for each shipping route or country you select and do everything we can to aid you if problems occur.
Step 10 – Delivered & Feedback
After receiving your package, you can confirm receipt by going to “User Center” – “My Packages”. If you have any questions about your package, you can also select the corresponding package and leave a comment, or open a dispute if you encounter any issues, so that customer service can contact you.
Tips:
Once you completed the review, credit will be earned. Don’t forget to earn credit as it can be used to deduct the international delivery fee.
